2015.5.16 [Cooking] Kochujang-chigae (tuna spicy vegetable stew)

Today is Saturday. My wife cooks Kochujang-chigae (=tuna spicy vegetable stew) for breakfast. This is quite easy to cook and taste is very good with rice.
Her recipe is simple. Try to cook and feel the Korean taste.

Ingredient : Potato, young pumpkin, onion, can tuna, kochujang(thick soypaste mixed with red peppers), soy sauce.

add water and boil

young pumpkin

after boiling water with potato, put in pumpkin 

onion is good for ingredient of this soup

prepare tuna

this is Korean traditional sauce, 'kochujang'
(thick soypaste mixed with red peppers)

add 1 spoon of kochujang

stir with a spoon

one spoon of soy sauce

smell is good

after all of ingredient is boiled, add tuna

it's done.

 Side dish : tofu-jeon pumpkin-jeon
prepare tofu and pumpkin

add little wheat flour to absorb the egg

this is egg and make tofu and pumpkin wet

base on little oil, cook in the pan

this is today breakfast
